Nice post! You all must be about two weeks (at least) ahead of us on springtime. My roses haven't started budding yet. I so wish we could grow citrus here. My sis in FL has limes - such a treat.

Gee wiz! Thanks for the compliments. Getting them was almost as much fun as thinking of the captions for the photos. I could do some "...or not to be"'s showing the rose buds Pumpkin and Darby ripped off the bushes, the three inches of sweater-to-be knitting that Pumpkin dragged around the family room, pulling it off the needles and tangling it around chairs and tables before I found her with it, etc., etc., but I decided to keep things positive!
