It SNOWED on us today. We set out from Tucson east toward Tombstone and Bisbee, but the weather had other plans for us. It started snowing just a few miles outside of town. Really snowing, not just a few flakes. We weren't really dressed for snow, so we turned around and decided to drive through the Rincon Mountain portion of the Saguaro National Park. I think these huge, hundred-or-more years old cactus would be impressive on any day, but with storm clouds as their backdrop, they were especially interesting.
We head home to our dog-girls tomorrow morning after a lovely, relaxing visit with Darby's mom and her pack!

A wonderful substitute for your original plan. Those cactus plants are very impressive.
