Ha! It IS their fault!

So, it IS Cox's fault--not my modem's fault.  

"Some customers in San Diego and the surrounding communities with Toshiba PCX 2600 Cable modems, may not be able to connect to the Internet or email.Our technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Currently, there is no estimated time of repair. 11/17/2010 2:44:08 PM"
