One of the mysteries of life

Why do dogs feel the need to roll all over whatever smelly something they find?
And, while we're at it, why are there STILL loose hair tufts on Pumpkin's rear end after I brushed her?

And, why did God create the gophers that are slowly but surely destroying our grass?

Hi, Darby and Pumpkin's mom, you've asked a lot of unanswerable questions :) in this post! No, I don't have a blog, just 2 cardis, plus 1 little blue merle cardi I am "growing up" and returning, and a standard poodlish, and a borderish colliesh :) I enjoy your photos!

Wow, what great rolling technique! I can't bark for all pooches, but I personally roll in things to keep my peeps challenged. I'm always worried they'll get bored. Consider it aromatherapy! BWAR HAR HAR
