Hi Sammy here--
I thinks those are her wrists, since her elbows are higher up. Her knees would be on her back legs, wouldn't they? I have a big freckle right between my eyes, drives my human crazy at shows so she puts chalk (yuk) on me to hide them.

I responded to Sammy's comment earlier, but re-read the comment and found so many misspellings (is that a word?) that I had to delete it!
Sammy--the things we do in the name of beauty. As a human female, I feel for you! I think you're right that those freckles are on Darby's wrists. (My sister had never seen a corgi before she met Bonnie and at first she thought Erika had bought a dog with deformed legs! She took me aside and asked what was wrong with her legs!)
Buddy, I agree that all three of you are darned good looking--and there is nothing conceited about the truth!
