Well, they were wrong by about 18 hours! Here's what we saw when we looked out the window first thing this morning:
The girls kept their morning "constitutional" to a minimum; no messing around sniffing rabbit trails and gopher holes. They wanted back in right away!
I love the rain and we need it so badly. I'm hoping the early arrival of this storm means it will have cleared out of California by Saturday when my dearest friend's son is getting married in Santa Barbara. Cross your fingers for them, OK?

Ha ha ha, Taryn! You're so right! They may have been born in Arkansas, but they've grown up in SoCal!
