That's why I switched to a fake tree! I always said I'd never do it, but the dried up tree needles hang around forever! They are sharp on bare feet, too!
The tree WAS really pretty when it was decorated! I think that sunny room was just too much for it. That, and the fact that Erika just couldn't wait to decorate their first tree in their first home and put it up the weekend BEFORE Thanksgiving!!
