Darby has had them for more than a month now, and while they are a little bedraggled looking and the Statue of Liberty has lost her crown, they are in remarkably good condition.
Yes, toys stand a better chance with Darby, but my heels and ankles are another thing! The Golden Retrievers were heck on toys, but they didn't bite at my heels and ankles when I walked across the lawn like Darby does!
There is good and bad about every breed.
