The trouble with these short days
There is a period of a couple of weeks when I leave the house when it is just getting light and come home when it is getting dark. The trouble with these short days is that the lack of daylight makes it real hard to see dog poop on the grass.

that does make it challenging, LOL; you could put a lighted collar on Darby :)
and a flashlight for yourself :)
I know what you mean though; walking Koda at night is adventurous too especially since he picks the most darkest areas to take care of business
