The perpetrators in what officials are calling "The Coffee Caper," failed to notice the return of the owner of the cafe au lait-filled coffee cup from which they were trying to guzzle. Even knowing the owner of the coffee cup had caught them on camera, they tried to deny their roles in the Caper with looks that said "What? What coffee?" but, the camera doesn't lie. (Well, yes it does in this age of Photoshop, but that's beside the point right now.)
This reporter obtained copies of the incriminating photos before the authorities took them into evidence. Here, in this exclusive

One of the alleged thieves, the one with "Lil Shitski" on her name tag, was too short to stick her snout or tongue into the steamed milk and coffee deliciousness, but that didn't stop her from brazenly trying
even while the owner of the coffee cup stood RIGHT NEXT TO HER TAKING PHOTOS!
The other thief, named "Short Stuff," apparently was just tall enough and had already managed to slurp a significant amount of the beverage (and flung significant amounts of it around the desk with her big, flapping tongue) before realizing she was being photographed.
Emboldened as "Short Stuff" was by the taste of that frothy, steamed milk, she continued to slurp away while the owner clicked away and only stopped when the owner said "Off!"
A male witness at the scene remarked about how obedient "Short Stuff" was and the owner was overheard saying "Next time I'll have to push my coffee cup farther back on the desk. I've learned my lesson!"
Authorities continue the investigation and an indictment is expected soon.
