The day after Thanksgiving, I spent a lot of time sitting on the sofa in the living room -- the living room! where we almost never go -- reading (and taking one short nap.)
The girls spent most of that time on the sofa with me.
But, once when I got up to get a drink, I came back to see them furiously sniffing around:
A part of me wants to know what they thought they smelled, but most of me thinks ignorance is bliss...

Love the new pic of the girls !
We think ignorance is bliss sometimes, too.

No telling what dog noses find interesting! Do you always have your camera out and handy? How else could you have caught Pumpkin like that!?
Wyatt, I HOPE it wasn't turkey sandwich!! I have a feeling the cleaning lady is using a new product. They have been sniffing and licking all around the house since last week when she was here. Taryn, I have to say I do have my camera out and ready almost all the time. That afternoon, I was taking photos of them on the sofa with me and by themselves (the new blog banner.) When I came back in the room, they were sniffing for so long and so intently that I was able to snap several photos without them even noticing me. Thanks for the compliment, Lois. Daisy and Co., ignorance is bliss regarding a lot of things in life, huh?
